Deborah Fasser
Vice President

Deborah Fasser brings over 10 years of experience in public relations and public affairs to Corning Place Consulting. She has developed and implemented media plans for clients in a variety of industries including non-profit, corporate and state and government agencies.

Prior to joining the company, Deborah worked for the New York State Assembly as a Media Coordinator. While there she coordinated all facets of media events, including developing press releases, issuing formal invitations, providing information packets to media, and writing follow-up articles.

Deborah also developed and carried out comprehensive communication and public relations plans for a non-profit mental health and substance abuse center. Duties included media, employee and community relations; product marketing; corporate and product advertising; public affairs and special events coordination. In addition she was responsible for changes, additions and updates to design and copy of internet and intranet sites.

Deborah holds a B.S. in Journalism/Public Relations from Utica College of Syracuse University, M.A. in Political Communication from SUNY Albany and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Andrew Gregory
Director of Multimedia

Andrew Gregory is responsible for Corning Place Consulting's creative services.

Andrew produces all of the creative materials including web/print advertisements, e-advocacy campaigns, informational booklets, websites and additional marketing collateral. Andrew is proficient in a wide range of software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Dreamweaver. By constantly reading up on new trends and best practices, Andrew is able to deliver cutting edge collateral for CPC's clients.

Andrew received a B.A. in English from the College of Saint Rose.

James Smith
Vice President

Jim Smith plays a key role in the development and execution of client media strategies for Corning Place Consulting.

Prior to joining Corning Place Consulting, Jim was a reporter and columnist for The Saratogian newspaper in Saratoga Springs, where he earned two Associated Press Association awards for writing and reporting. He also served as business editor for The Record in Troy, and held public relations positions with Albany Medical Center, Special Olympics New York, Inc. and the New York Independent System Operator. Jim has also performed contract work for the New York State Workers' Compensation Board and Family Planning Advocates of New York State.
